Instructions

Preparation

  • Grease a 9-inch springform pan with baking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until resembling wet sand. Press half into the bottom of the pan and the rest up the sides. Freeze while preparing the filling.

Filling

  • Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually mix in powdered sugar and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture is light and airy.
  • Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly into the crust. Microwave half of the hot fudge for about 30 seconds, then pipe it onto the filling in swirls. Refrigerate overnight.

Topping

  • Chill a bowl for whipping the cream. Add heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla to the bowl, and beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Pipe the whipped cream around the edge of the pie and return to the freezer for an hour.
  • Heat the remaining hot fudge briefly and pipe it over the whipped cream. Freeze for another 30 minutes until set.

Final Assembly

  • Create mounds of vanilla, chocolate fudge, and strawberry frostings in the center for decoration, adding texture and sweetness.
  • Top with additional whipped cream and maraschino cherries.

Notes

Chilling the pie enhances flavors and ensures it holds its shape when sliced. For healthier alternatives, consider using low-fat cream cheese and sugar-free Cool Whip.
