For the Garlic Sauce

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise A base for the creamy garlic sauce.
  • 1/3 cup sour cream Adds a tangy creaminess.
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons buttermilk Adjust for consistency.
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup A hint of sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (optional) For those who love a spicy kick.
  • 1 teaspoon freshly chopped parsley (for garnishing) Adds color and flavor.

For the Wrap

  • 6 none tortilla wraps The perfect vessel for filling up.
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, chopped For crunch.
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped Juicy freshness.
  • 1 large none red onion, thinly sliced Sweet and slightly crunchy.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Freshness to balance flavors.
  • 1 tablespoon sumac A sour, tangy spice that elevates the dish.
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice For an extra burst of freshness.
  • 1/2 cup pickled cucumbers A tangy addition for contrast.

Instructions
 

Marinate Chicken

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced chicken and season with all the spices (salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, cumin, coriander, red chili powder). Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Add mayonnaise, minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice to the bowl. Stir until fully mixed. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge.

Prepare Garlic Sauce

  • In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, salt, pepper, paprika powder, garlic powder, hot sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, and chopped parsley until smooth. Set aside.

Prepare Onion Mixture

  • Toss sliced red onion with parsley, sumac, lemon juice, and salt in another bowl. Set aside.

Cook Chicken

  • Heat clarified butter or oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken in batches for about 8 to 10 minutes until fully cooked and charred.

Assemble Wraps

  • Warm tortilla wraps in a separate pan or microwave. Spread garlic sauce down the center of each wrap.
  • Layer in onion mixture, cooked chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, pickled cucumbers, and French fries. Drizzle more garlic sauce on top.
  • Fold sides of the wrap and roll tightly. Serve immediately while warm.
