Wraps and Spreads

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking dish by greasing it lightly and lining it with parchment paper.
  • Pour the egg whites into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, and feta cheese. Gently stir to combine.
  • Bake for about 18-22 minutes or until set and the edges pull away from the sides of the dish.

Assembly
