Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Season the shrimp with Slap Ya Mama seasoning, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, and black pepper.
  • In a large skillet, heat avocado oil and butter over medium-high heat until melted.
  • Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.

Cooking

  • In the same skillet, combine the linguine, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion, garlic, and 2-3 basil leaves.
  • Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a light boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-12 minutes until pasta is al dente.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted into the sauce.
  • Fold the cooked shrimp back in along with lemon juice, chopped parsley, and remaining basil leaves. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust red pepper flakes for spice preference. Aim for al dente linguine to avoid mushiness. Fresh herbs add aromatic touch before serving.
