Preparation

  • In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water to a rolling boil.
  • Once boiling, add 2 packages of ramen noodles (discard seasoning packets) and cook for 3-5 minutes until al dente.
  • While noodles cook, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a small bowl.
  • Add mixed vegetables to the pot when noodles are almost done and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the sauce mixture and combine well.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Avoid overcooking the noodles; they should be al dente. Be cautious with seasoning as soy sauce is salty. Discard included seasoning packets unless using selectively. For healthier options, substitute noodles or add more vegetables.
