For the Batter

  • 1.5 cups Pancake Mix For a fluffy, golden coating.
  • 1 large Egg To help bind the batter.
  • 1 cup Milk To create a smooth batter.
  • 2 teaspoons Vegetable Oil (plus more for frying) Essential for crispy texture.
  • 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar For dusting before serving.

Preparation

  • Cut the Frozen Cheesecake into 1-inch squares and place back in the freezer to firm up.
  • In a deep pot, heat about 3 inches of vegetable oil to 360 degrees F.

Batter Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, large egg, milk, and 2 teaspoons of vegetable oil until smooth.

Frying

  • Dip each chilled cheesecake piece into the prepared batter, ensuring full coating.
  • Carefully place battered cheesecake pieces into hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown.
  • Remove the fried pieces and drain on paper towels.

Serving

  • Lightly dust the warm fried cheesecake with powdered sugar before serving.
