  • Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for about 6-8 minutes until golden brown, draining any excess grease as needed.
  • Toss in the sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté for 7-8 minutes until the vegetables are tender and caramelized.
  • Stir in the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant.
  • Reduce the heat to low and sprinkle the shredded provolone cheese over the beef mixture. Cover the skillet and let the cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot in bowls.

Notes

Serve with steamed broccoli, cauliflower rice, or a crisp green salad for an elevated meal. Great for family gatherings or casual evenings.
