Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Mixing

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cooled chocolate mixture with sugar until well combined.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, incorporating each fully before adding the next. Then mix in the vanilla extract, peppermint extract, and sour cream until smooth.
