Cookie Dough Preparation

  • Cream softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar in a separate bowl until fluffy.

  • Gradually fold in heat-treated flour and mini chocolate chips to create dough.
  • Once brownie bites are cooled, press a scoop of cookie dough onto each brownie bite.
