Preparation

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until well combined.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the breakfast sausage links until browned and aromatic.
  • In the same skillet, pour in the beaten eggs and cook over medium-low heat, gently stirring until creamy and just set.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Unroll the crescent dough into 8 triangular pieces.
  • At the wide end of each triangle, place half a slice of cheddar cheese, followed by a spoonful of scrambled eggs, and then add one sausage link.
  • Roll each crescent from the wide end towards the pointed end, enclosing the filling, and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Baking

  • Bake for 11-14 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
