Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cook the seasoned fries according to package directions until golden and crispy. Place them on a large serving plate.
  • Arrange the nacho cheese tortilla chips around the edges of the fries.

Cooking the Beef

  • In a medium pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it down as it cooks. Season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside when cooked through.

Cooking the Shrimp

  • In the same pan, melt a tablespoon of butter and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink.

Making the Cheese Sauce

  • Melt another tablespoon of butter in the pan, add the heavy cream, and stir in the shredded cheeses along with paprika and garlic powder until melted and smooth.

Assembly

  • Layer the cooked beef over the fries, followed by sautéed shrimp and diced tomato.
  • Drizzle the cheese sauce generously over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

For spicier variations, add jalapeños or hot sauce. Use baked fries and reduced-fat cheese for a healthier option. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
