Instructions

Cooking

  • Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add 1 lb of ground beef to the pan. Season with salt, pepper, ground cumin, and ground ginger. Cook the beef for about 6-7 minutes or until it’s beautifully browned and cooked through.
  • After cooking the beef, carefully remove any excess grease from the pan. Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until they become fragrant and golden.
  • Stir in 3 tablespoons of honey and 2 tablespoons of sriracha sauce. Allow the mixture to simmer for 3-4 minutes to create a sticky, sweet, and spicy sauce.
  • Pour in 1/2 cup of heavy cream and let it simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes rich and creamy.
  • Cook 8 oz of pasta according to the package instructions until it reaches al dente texture. Drain the pasta and mix it with the beef sauce until fully combined.
  • Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Garnish your dish with fresh parsley and sprinkle optional Parmesan cheese on top if desired. Serve hot.
